I offer superbills for reimbursement with most major providers, in additional to working directly with Health Net, Kaiser, and Medi-Cal insurance.

Private sessions begin at $175 per hour depending on the service. My Fertility Foundations course is a one time fee of $450. Please see my pricing page for full details. Yes — when practiced correctly, Fertility Awareness Methods (FAM) can be a highly effective, hormone-free form of contraception.
Effectiveness depends on learning to accurately identify your fertile window, charting consistently, and choosing a clear plan for fertile days (abstinence, barriers, or alternative intimacy). -
A midwife provides medical care, monitoring, and clinical decision-making. A doula does not perform medical tasks—instead, I support your emotional wellbeing, physical comfort, mindset, education, and advocacy throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.
